Nexus is a private game, as stated already, and 'invite-only'. If you have a friend you'd like to invite, just make sure to drop Rhapsody, Soho or Vanth a heads-up about it. That's pretty much it.
I understand that some folks have been considering inviting friends from other games to Nexus and thought I'd just put up a quick posting since I don't really have a 'solid' invitation policy up in the news files yet.
I have no problem with people extending the invitation to friends. Feel free! That's how we'll get this place hopping and keep it being used — and I'm happy to see it getting used!
My biggest request is that you run it by us first:
- If you're fairly new around her (say, less than a month), just poke at me via page or whatever and have a chat with me about it.
- If you've been here a while, drop a @mail to *crew (which goes to myself, Rhapsody and Soho) to give us a heads up more than anything.
If you vouch for the folks you're inviting, that's usually good enough for me. There are some expectations, which will get spelled out in a news file eventually, but here's the general spirit:
All players are expected to be sane, reasonable adults who are willing to abide by the laws of the sandbox (including being respectful to all those who are here and not causing trouble), recognize that they are here by invitation (and recognize the implications of that), and just want a place to have good, fun roleplay.
Providing people agree to that, I have no issue with them joining us. :) That's about it. If you have any questions, feel free to poke me about it. I'm usually about somewhere at some point. :)
