The staff are the final authorities in all conflicts and situations here at Nexus. They are also the judges as to what is and is not acceptable here. In most cases, their word is final.
However, if you truly feel that the staff have given a judgment which is without all the facts, you may appeal that decision *once* to Vanth, the headwizard. That appeal must be sent to her via @mail and she is the absolute final judgment-maker in a case. Whether she decides for or against the appeal, a claim cannot be argued past this point.
Subsequent appeals will be disregarded and possibly considered harassment.

Keep in mind that Nexus is not a 'normal' MU* game. The staff are not here to be judges in IC conflicts and contests of skill. If you cannot work it out amongst yourselves, you may ask other players and the staff for their opinions, but no one is here to act as babysitters or "GMs" unless they label themselves to be for their own, individual games. Please do not expect Vanth, Rhapsody or Soho to act as judges in these circumstances.
